Placing An Order
How do I make an online purchase?
- Browse through our current collection, choose an item, and click “Add to Cart”.
- Review your cart, and once ready, click “Checkout”.
- At the Checkout page, fill out your details, including Billing and Shipping address.
- Enter your payment details.
- Agree to our Terms & Conditions, and click “Place order”.
- You will be taken to a confirmation page, and an Order Summary Email will be sent to you.
- Your order will be under “Processing” status. We will then prepare and pack your order for shipping.
- Once shipped out, we will send your Tracking Details.
Shipping & Handling
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders placed on the Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels website for domestic delivery within the United States.
Which courier do you use?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Express.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 15 days for all customers in the US. Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
For purchases made on jacquesmouw.com you can return your purchases online and in-store.
IN-STORE & BUY ONLINE, PICKUP IN-STORE PURCHASE
These orders can be returned in-store only. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. If you are unable to visit our store, please email email@example.com.
