Shipping And Delivery:
We offer free FedEx shipping on every US order. The turnaround time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered because most of our items are made to order.
All orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
At Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels, we have shared in the unforgettable memories of our customers, and we understand that jewelry is often given for special occasions such as an engagement, anniversary or birthday.
Please let us know what we can do to make sure you receive your order on timely manner.

Expedited order service is available on many items for an additional fee.
For your protection, Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels always insures and registers all items for their full value. We only ship to physical address and home address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Due to the nature of its contents all packages require an adult signature upon delivery.
International shipments is also available. However, customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information.

Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date.

All returns require a Return Authorization number, please call Customer Service at 310-205-0101 to obtain an RA#
Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition with original tag attached to be eligible for refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item(s) is returned within 14 business days.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item(s).
All returns need to be properly insured through the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) as Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
