SHIPPING
All Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels merchandise is shipped via UPS and is insured. We offer free shipping to all customers in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
As soon as any order is shipped, you can expect to receive a tracking number via the email address that you provided us with. The UPS website can offer you up to the minute information on the status of the shipment of our package. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses because a signature will be required for any orders that Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels ships.
We do reserve the right to refuse any order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not satisfied and need to return or exchange merchandise, you may return any non-Special Order Items for a refund or for an exchange within 30 days of the date of shipment for jewelry and within 10 days of the date of shipment for diamonds. The refund issued will be in the original form of payment and will be the full amount paid for the item minus the shipping and handling charges incurred by Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels when initially shipping your order.
Exchanges of non-Special Order Items receive 100% credit towards any future purchase.
Special Order Items are items that are special ordered, altered, cut, or manufactured to your specifications. Special Order Items cannot be accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise.
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels, follow this process:
- Obtain a Return Authorization Code. Call 310-205-0101 to obtain your Return Authorization Code. Write the Return Authorization Code on a copy of your Invoice provided with the original packaging.
- Repackage Your Return. Repack your item securely. Please return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging, including envelopes, bags and boxes. Please be sure to include any and all documentation that you received with the product, including the copy of the Invoice with written Return Authorization Code.
- Ship and Insure. You can ship via any carrier. Insure the package for its full price and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
- Name and Address. Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package and ship the package to: Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels, 9429 Brighton Way, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed to be sure that it is in “New and Unused Condition”. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return nor exchange.
Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not followed.

Payment Methods and Sales Tax
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal.
Standard California State Sales tax of 9.75% applies to all California orders. Orders to all other locations are not subject to sales tax.
Orders
When completing an order, customers must provide Jacques Mouw Precious Jewels with their contact information, such as name, shipping address, as well as billing information, which we use to process the order. If we have difficulty processing an order, we use this contact information to get in touch with you to rectify the situation.
Conflict-Free Diamonds
All of the diamonds supplied by us have been purchased from legitimate sources, not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. We hereby guarantee that these diamonds are certified to be from sources that are free from conflict based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds. |
